By accessing and using the Octagon Cafe website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We aim to deliver within 30–45 minutes of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and order volume. Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 1,500. A delivery fee of Rs. 150 applies to orders below this threshold.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and credit/debit card payments. All card transactions are processed securely. Payment is due upon delivery for COD orders.
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. Once food preparation has begun, cancellations may not be accepted. Refunds for legitimate issues will be processed within 3–5 business days.
We stand behind the quality of our food. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery and we will make it right.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
